The growing political interference in Goa’s Panchayat areas is becoming a serious concern. Instead of focusing on development and solving pending village issues, political leaders are creating divisions among citizens in the name of religion and power. Many true Goans who have been fighting for justice and protecting Goa’s identity feel ignored. Young people, who are the future of Goa, are being sidelined while the same groups continue to dominate Panchayat politics for personal gain. Religious places and institutions of every faith must be respected. Bringing religious slogans and political agendas into sensitive spaces only creates unnecessary tension among communities. Goa has always been known for peace, unity, and communal harmony.
People expect leaders to focus on governance, development, and justice rather than division and political image-building. Goa’s future depends on unity, transparency, and equal respect for all communities. Outsiders, along with the present BJP government, are playing a divide-and-rule game in the name of religion. The Goan Panchayat representatives who sit in bars and restaurants after 10 o'clock at night to go against the niz Goenkar should stop their stupid behaviour towards Goenkars; otherwise, the outsiders will rule Goa and they will be held responsible.
