Formed in collaboration with Petromann Sports Management, the association seeks to introduce transparency, professional management, and structured opportunities for players to progress to higher levels of the sport.

The newly formed body announced its key office bearers, with Zameer Ahmed serving as President and Usman Shaikh as Secretary. GTCSA outlined its vision to build a well-organized ecosystem for tennis ball cricket, focusing on tournaments, talent identification, and clear player pathways.

A major highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the Goa team for the upcoming President Cup. Named Royal Challengers Goa (RCG), the squad will be led by captain Apali Kalangutkar, with Mohit Gaonkar appointed as vice-captain.

The squad includes players such as Rajat Kudalkar, Saish Zore, Guruprasad Aroskar, Sahil Vaigakar, Rohan Salgaonkar, Harshad Matondar, Amir Gadekar, Gauresh Nagvekar, Vinesh Satarkar, Imran Mulla, Alvino Carvalho, Nagbushan (U-23), and Badal Naik (U-23).

GTCSA emphasized that the selection process involved fair trials, detailed evaluations, and extensive discussions, noting the high level of talent on display.
