Stop wasting time on protest fact-finding panel

The government has constituted a three-member fact-finding committee to investigate the allegedly unlawful gathering that took place outside the residence of TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane at Dona Paula on February 24. Well, the reason why hundreds of protestors had marched and assembled outside the residence of Vishwajit Rane on February 24 was not to threatern Rane and his family or to vandalise his property but to say 'enough is enough'/raise their voice against the rampant illegal conversion of land that has been going on right across the state by misusing provisions under Section 39A of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act. Now, is it a crime for Goans to peacefully march to any Minister's house and to question their accountability in Goa? The government should stop wasting its time on 'fact-finding committee' with the sole intention of distracting Goans from its own major failures. Because by now even school going kids know why the above protestors had marched and assembled outside the residence of Rane at Dona Paula on February 24. Surprisingly, the government still doesn't know why the protestors had assembled and were protesting outside Rane's house.
