South Goa's most prestigious government building, the Matanhy Saldanha complex frequented by thousands everyday has literally gone to the dogs.There is zero maintenance of both the interiors and the exteriors and feral dogs have a free run of the property endangering the lives of citizens. Peeling plaster, mildewed walls, flaking paint, water leakage, dirty walls, stinking toilets is what greets citizens who come to avail of government services. Will the government machinery kindly wake up and restore the beautiful building to some semblance of order?
