Margao alley turning into a nuisance hotspot

The narrow alley between the Osia office complex and the Inox theatre block in Margao has become a hub for antisocial activities by vagrants and drunkards. At various times, one can see migrants openly drinking in the area, while some labourers use it as a rest area. Some even use it as an open-air urinal after their alcohol sessions. Such blackspots ultimately become nurseries for crime, as Goa is already witnessing a sharp uptick in illegal activities. Maybe the law enforcement authorities should introduce beat policing in the area, as the complex houses many government offices visited by hundreds of citizens every day.
