Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte while speaking during Zero Hour in the Legislative Assembly on Tuesday has said that domestic tourists coming to Goa think “Goa mein kuch bhi chalta hai." He said that some domestic tourists go to beaches and approach foreign tourists for selfies and trouble them. Now, to discipline these type of tourists, Khaunte has said that police have already been deployed and strict action is being taken. Who is selling Goa as another Thailand to woo all the domestic tourists in the name of promoting tourism by inwardly supporting EDM-rave parties, casinos, dance-bars, night-clubs, call-girls supplying rackets and all the alcohol/drugs related activities in the state? Khaunte should first tell the people who are projecting this state like the one above to stop selling Goa like a land of free sex, drugs, casinos and unlimited liquor. He should also dare to tell his own government to bring down the number of all the whole-sale liquor outlets, take strict action against those supplying drugs, prostitutes, call girls, those openly consuming alcohol on beaches, public places, etc and then dream of stopping domestic tourists from misbehaving with foreign women tourists.
