Built by the Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation, the facility comprises G+3 structures to strengthen monitoring and navigation control along the coastline. Information shared with the media reveals that the building adopts a ship-inspired architectural design and includes modern operational facilities intended for maritime administration.
The project has a total built-up area of 4,405 sqm and has been executed for Rs 48.87 crore. It rests on a pile foundation and combines structural steel and reinforced concrete components.
