Rosary Penitential Devotion   conducted at Navelim The faithful devotees participated in this ”Rosary Penitential Devotion”, in huge numbers.

In continuation to the *"Rosary Walking Pilgrimage",*  held on Sunday March 15, in the village of Navelim, a Rosary Penitential Devotion was held on March 22 from 3.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. in Navelim. 

This "Rosary Penitential Devotion" was led by Father Joseph Godinho and Blessed Mother Gale Godinho, from Navelim, through the merits and intercession of their Jesus and Mama Mary Apostolate, performing spiritual exercises of prayer and penance in atonement for the sins of the world, praying for the end of war in the Middle East.

They also prayed for peace in the world, for protection of all Goans based in the Middle East, for all seafarers especially those working on oil tankers, container ships and for the physical and spiritual needs of the people of Goa.

The faithful devotees  participated in this ”Rosary Penitential Devotion”, in huge numbers. The devotion  commenced with the recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, followed by the continuous recitation of rosaries of Our Lady and ended with the  rosary of St Joseph,  Mother Mary’s Chaplet of Grace and the Sacred Heart of Jesus Chaplet.

While reciting continuous rosaries, the faithful also offered sacrifices of penance by carrying the Cross of Christ during this Lenten, season in atonement for the sins of the whole world.
