On Sunday, March 15  a "Rosary Walking Pilgrimage", was held at 6 am in the village of Navelim covering approximately 6 kms on foot. This "Rosary Walking Pilgrimage" was led by Father Joseph and Blessed Mother Gale (anointed servants of Jesus and Mama Mary - the Mount Carmel Evangelists), from Navelim. According to Father Joseph and Blessed Mother Gale, this spiritual excercise was undertaken  in obedience to  Our Lady of Lourdes, who instructed them in just two words, "Walking Pilgrimage".   A large number of Marian devotees of all ages, participated in this 'Walking Pilgrimage,' reciting continuous rosaries, with one common intention during this Lenten season ie,  in atonement for one's own sins and for the sins of their deceased ancestors to do penance and reparation through this 'Rosary Walking Pilgrimage' beseeching  the Blessed Virgin Mary  to bring an end to the war and restore peace in the world, through the love of Her Immaculate Heart.
