Representing Goa with distinction, both participants underwent an intensive 8-day training program that focused on technical, practical, and grassroots coaching methodologies, culminating in a grading assessment that offers eligibility for the prestigious BAI Level-1 Certification for top performers. Their achievement marks an important milestone in strengthening the coaching framework in Goa and furthering the development of badminton at the grassroots level.
PANAJI: Alino Colaco from Moira and Swapnil Mahadeshwar from Mapusa successfully completed the Coaches Development Programme (Grassroot Level) conducted by the Badminton Association of India from April 18 to 27, at the National Centre of Excellence in Guwahati and Raipur.
