KTCL announces recruitment of 300 drivers and conductors

PANAJI

The Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL) has announced recruitment for 300 conductors and drivers on a contractual basis through direct walk-in interviews. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs 22,000.  

As per KTCL advertisements published in newspapers, 200 posts are for conductors and 100 for drivers. All appointments will be on a one-year contract, which may be extended depending on the Corporation’s requirements.  

Of the 200 conductor posts, 90 are reserved for the Open category, 54 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 24 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), four for Scheduled Castes (SC), 20 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and eight for persons with disabilities.  

For the 100 driver posts, 49 are reserved for the Open category, 27 for OBC, 12 for ST, two for SC, and 10 for EWS candidates. KTCL has invited eligible candidates to download the application form and obtain detailed information from its website. Applicants must fill in the prescribed form and attend walk-in interviews at the KTCL Central Workshop in Porvorim. The interviews will be held between June 25 and July 4, from 11 am to 4 pm.
