Panaji MLA and Revenue Minister Atanasio ‘Babush’ Monserrate acknowledged the results of the Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) elections, urging candidates to remain grounded and respect the electorate. “A candidate should always stay grounded and not fly too high. We are at the mercy of the people ” it is they who elect us. If we try to act too smart, people show how smart they are,” Monserrate said.
