VASCO: The Mormugao Shipping Agents Association (MSAA) has elected a new team of office bearers and executive committee members for a three-year term ending on March 31, 2029. Announcing the new committee at a press conference on Sunday, Raghoba Kotkar, Vice President of Delta Ports, said the outgoing committee was dissolved during the association’s annual general meeting held on June 9. Members then unanimously selected a new leadership team to guide the association over the next three years.
Gajanan Pandurang Naik of Sai Shipping & Co. has been elected President, while Snehendu Shekhar of J M Baxi & Co. will serve as Vice President. Pramod Tawde of Tawde & Sons Shipping Services has been appointed Secretary and Keshav Krishna Shetye of James Mackintosh & Co. Treasurer. The association also named B. S. Kumaran as Joint Secretary and Rohan Sakhalkar as Joint Treasurer. D. S. Thakkar and Vinod Parkot will serve as Senior Advisors.
